These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NanQue Electric website, product inquiries, quotations and online orders. By placing an order or submitting an inquiry you confirm that you accept these terms.

These terms apply to browsing the catalog, requesting quotations, creating an account and purchasing products through this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the site for orders or inquiries.
2. Quotations and prices
Online prices are for reference only. A binding price is confirmed in our written quotation or order confirmation. Currency, shipping, taxes and export documents may be stated separately.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting a checkout request creates an order subject to stock and our confirmation. Payment methods shown at checkout (if enabled) must be completed successfully before we process shipment, unless otherwise agreed for B2B invoice terms.
4. Inquiries and samples
Inquiry submissions are requests for information or quotation, not purchase contracts until we confirm. Sample fees and freight are agreed case by case.
5. Shipping and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes according to the Incoterms or shipping method stated on the order confirmation. Please inspect goods promptly and report shortages or damage with photos.
6. Quality and returns
Claims for manufacturing defects must include order number, product marking and evidence. Remedies may include repair, replacement or credit as we determine after review. Returns of non-defective goods require prior written approval.
7. Intellectual property
Catalog content, images and trademarks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for fair use in your own purchasing evaluation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability related to an order is limited to the amounts you paid for that order.
9. Account use
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and shipping information for orders and inquiries.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of checkout or inquiry features after changes means you accept the revised terms.
